Role Summary:

As Virtuoso's Partner Enablement Manager, you play a crucial role in the growth and success of our Customer Experience and Partner Enablement organization. This role demands a blend of expertise in software testing, quality assurance, and robust relationship management. You'll be pivotal in onboarding, training, and technically enabling our partners, ensuring they are fully equipped to thrive within the Virtuoso Partner Program.

What we would like to see in you!

  • Partner Relationship Management: Strengthen relationships and execute a comprehensive partner enablement strategy. Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring partners are effectively onboarded, trained, and technically empowered.
  • Partner Onboarding: Facilitate seamless onboarding into Virtuoso for partners, including tool access and CRM data management. Guide partners through the product onboarding process, ensuring alignment with their goals.
  • Partner Training and Technical Enablement: Identify and address partners' enablement needs to ensure project success. Schedule and deliver training and enablement activities tailored to each partner's requirements.
  • Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs): Participate in QBRs to provide insights on partner health status and support commercial owners with valuable data.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Maintain accurate partner data in CRM and other tools, analyze partner engagement metrics, and report on partner health and satisfaction.


  • In-depth knowledge of quality assurance, software testing, and test automation tools, preferably in a browser-based application environment.
  • Strong project management skills, with an ability to interface between customers and internal departments.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, risk identification and solution-proposing ability, and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in SDLC, DevOps, and test automation concepts.
  • The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical capabilities and have a solution-oriented mindset.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance and software test automation.
  • A minimum of 2 years in customer experience roles.
  • A track record of supporting customers in a post-sales environment is essential.
  • Experience in Java and coding would be an advantage.
